The Site may allow you to submit reservation requests or inquiries. Submission of any reservation request through the Site does not guarantee availability and does not create a binding rental agreement.

All reservations are subject to confirmation by High River Rentals. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion, including where information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or suspected to be fraudulent.

While we strive for accuracy, the Site may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information, including pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
